BOTOX® Cosmetic is the only FDA-approved treatment for the temporary reduction of
moderate to severe frown lines between the brows, forehead, and crows feet. BOTOX®
Cosmetic is injected into the muscles, therefore blocking the chemicals that cause facial muscles to contract, thereby relaxing them. BOTOX® Cosmetic is the only product of its type that affects the muscles that cause these wrinkles. The treatment is quick, minimally invasive and nonsurgical, requiring no anesthesia. There is no down time and the procedure causes little discomfort. The entire procedure takes approximately ten minutes. You can expect to see results within days after your treatment. Dermal fillers offer immediate, natural-looking results. They restore volume and fullness
to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Dermal fillers can be
used to fill in the smile lines between the nose and mouth, small lines above the lip,
frown lines between the eyes, and to minimize the creases that turn down the corners of the mouth. These products can also be used to enhance thin lips, giving a fuller, yet
natural appearance to the lips. Dermal fillers are injected directly into the skin in tiny
amounts by an ultrafine needle, resulting in minimal discomfort. The procedure is simple and convenient, and results are practically instantaneous. Treatment and recovery usually take as little as one hour and no pre-treatment skin test is required. Treatments are typically scheduled twice a year. Some dermal fillers include Restylane, Hylaform, and Captique.
Pulsed light systems and lasers are very similar, but our Pulsed Light System uses a much larger treatment window than most lasers. This spreads light over a wider area of skin and allows faster coverage of the skin with quicker and safer results.
Pulsed Light Hair Removal:
If you live with unwanted hair, you’ve probably tried some of the typical solutions, which
include shaving, waxing, and electrolysis; these methods can be a nuisance, painful, and time-consuming. Our Pulsed Light System offers a lasting solution for unwanted hair; it is fast, comfortable, and convenient. Concentrated pulses of light loosen the hair and disable the cells responsible for new hair growth. Small areas can be treated in 10 minutes or less, and even larger areas can be treated in under a half hour. Any area can be treated with the exception of the eye area. Typically, several treatments will be necessary to achieve permanent hair reduction, since the hair needs to be in an active growth phase in order to respond to the treatment.
Laser Leg Vein Treatments:
In the past, the only way to treat leg veins was through painful procedures and surgery. Our laser offers a more comfortable and effective leg vein treatment. The non-invasive laser pulses cause unsightly vessels to fade from view in a few treatments or less. The light pulses heat the blood within the leg vein. The heat of the blood affects the vessel lining, which causes the vessel to constrict and eventually fade from view. Often more than one treatment is necessary to achieve full clearance of leg veins.
Pulsed Light Photofacials:
The pulsed light photofacial uses concentrated light to clear sun damage, sunspots, rosacea, and spider veins. The Pulsed Light process provides the most skin-safe, comfortable, and effective photofacials available, with minimal downtime. The light pulse is absorbed by the pigment in the sunspots and the blood in visible vessels, and converted to heat. The heat dissolves the cells that create the pigment and shrinks the vessels. Typically, several treatments will be necessary to achieve complete clearance of sunspots, rosacea, and vessels.
